JSR 172

Hi..

I need to include some SOAP functionality for a mobile with CLDC1.0 and MIDP2..

I have heard from many, that kSOAP is a useful option...

But there is a separate web services JSR - JSR 172..

Further this is an optional package...

for use of this, will implementation have to specifically support this API (how to check it too?)

if possible can anyone provide me with some resources (code snippets will be great) to get a start on this area...
