Problem in Destroying Midlet...

Hello Friends,
              In my applicaton i have one form 'job_dtls_Form'with one button'Back'.
              i am destroying that applet with 'notifyDestroyed()'method.But when i launched it next time,on 'job_dtls_Form'one button with caption 'Menu'appears automatically wchich i have not declared and created.on clicking that button one pop up appears with item 'back'.
            my code snippets are as follows..
            i think midlet is not getting properly destroyed...

You should not call destroyApp() followed by notifyDestroyed().

Use just notifyDestroyed(), after a while the AMS will call destroyApp().

This is the standard convention for programming MIDlets.
