New to J2ME

I am very new to J2ME. I have some questions:
1) Can I deploy my own mobile application any phone?( My one is Nokia 6030 which doesn't have BlueTooth) or Is there any resources needed?
2)How can I deploy my own application in mobiles?
Please give me a clear idea about these.

Well without Bluetooth, you will either need the phones data cable to transfer the app, or through the web. There was a website to test deploying J2ME apps through the web that did it for free, but I forget the URL. Anyone know of sites?
