As there is a requirement from the customer to use WS-Reliability Specification which is an OASIS standard, i have to interop with a server side WS- Reliability implementation ...

Can anyone suggest me as to how this could be handled with kSOAP

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
