Any help will be highly appreciated

Hi,
Well you might need to consider a lot of facts here even though the requirement is only to support few voice commands. Some facts would be noise of the surrounding environment, the quality of the void command given etc. There are products which have implemented the voice commands.

Good luck with the product, but sorry I am unable to help you more than this. Regards.

I would suggest you to move some of the functionality to a back end server(which can do the voice processing).

But still you need to record the voice on Client....
I have no clue how to record sound in j2me!!!
