Can anybody know how to transform one tiled in tiled layer without transforming each other?

Please give us more background on your question. What do you mean by "tile", "tiled layer" and "transforming"? Those are not fixed terms in the Java world. Are you talking about some specific 3rd party library?

I'm talking about class TiledLayer. In this class you have some cell's. My question is how to for example rotate, one cell without rotating all cels in TiledLayer.
