To Create a menu-bar for a frame...
1. Create a menu-bar ...........MenuBar menubar = new MenuBar();
2. Create a menu................Menu menu = new Menu("Title");
3. Create menu items and add them to the menu. The items appear from top to bottom in the order
   they were added. MenuItem objects(eg. CheckBoxMenuItem objects) and Menu objects(eg. sub-menus), separators can 
   be added to a menu.
   
   menu.add(new MenuItem("menuitem"));
   menu.add(Separator());
4. Add each menu to the menu-bar. ( The menus appear from left to right in the menu-bar in the order they were added)
   
   menubar.add(menu);
5. Add the menu-bar to a Frame.
   Frame frame = new Frame("Frame");
   frame.setMenuBar(menubar);

but i wonder if i want something like MenuBar in applet how do i do it if that is not supported?? though i still have to come up with an application which needs applet with menubar. can we find such requirement doing that??? this is just a "wild idea"!!
