compiler error

hallo again.
when i try this:

"proDisplay.java": Error #: 300 : constructor Thread(exception.progDisplay) not found in class java.lang.Thread at line 139, column 20
my class is

when i remove this:

it compiles well, but after that t.start() doesn't call method run.
could someone explain me why? thank you
