How application server(WL / WS / JBoss) handles Thread Pooling?

They likely each wrote their own ThreadPool classes. Jakarta Commons has a ThreadPool, and so does Doug Lea's Concurrent package, now integrated with JDK 1.5.

i browsed Jakarta Commons ThreadPool, but still they don't have any download. I think still it's in the development stage.

Serio?! Isn't it like several years old? I've never looked, so I have no idea. Check out Doug Lea's Concurrent package then. It's very complete, robust, and tested over many years. As well, much of it has been spruced up and included as java.util.concurrent in JDK 1.5, so you know it's GoodStuff(tm).
