I think you should follow the Objective!
Objective was renew last year and i dont know about your book. So follow Sun's Objective is safer.
Good luck on your exam.

Hi Muhammad,
The SPJC test has been changed to make sure people who have not programmed in Java can't easily pass it. There are small code snippets that you need to be able to explain what happens using the given layout and adding various components. Questions like what is the result of running the following code section?
RHE covers numerous AWT examples doing just that. It is the closest you will come to the real thing. If you can master the chapter quizzes and the extra programming tests that come with the book you should be able to give the test a run for the money.
Mughals book is way to hard and is better used as a reference than a teaching book. The examples were to hard to understand and the book was poorly architected (every page references another page in the book!).
Regards,
Manfred.
