If you have no idea of IO I think it's not enough. I would do read some tutorials about the subject. Jane's, Velmurugan's and others are good. The best way to study IO is to browse the API and write code!

My question was not that.I have alreday learned KM.I am asking about RHE b/c i heard that it is very rigorous in covering SCJP Objectives. But i have doubt about it when i compare it with the IO taught in KM.

Everything you need to pass the exam is in RHE, but every sentence is important, especially in I/O.

Hi,

also since you have finished reading KM which suppose is quite enough as I have read the chap in IO of KM on web as it is one of the two chaps available freely

RHE is an abbreviation for the The Complete Java 2 Certification Study Guide written by Simon Roberts, Philip Heller and Michael Ernest.
KM is an abbreviation for A Programmer's Guide to Java Certification written by Khalid Azim Mughal and Rolf Rasmussen

I thought, maybe because IO was one of the last topics I attempted, IO in RHE was not enough.
Again nothing against RHE, I know it was me. I probably
din't pay much attn to each sentence, I guess and sure
I din't have much practice with IO. Somehow it fell thru
the cracks.
Whatever be the book you follow, you need to practice a lot
esp. IO since it totally different from other languages.
