SIMILARLY A NEGATIVE NUMBER RIGHT SHIFTED RESULTS IN THE NUMBER DIVIDED BY 2 TO THE POWER OF NUMBER OF BITS SHIFTED. DOES THE SAME RULES APPLY IF THE NUMBER TO BE SHIFTED IS A NEGATIVE NUMBER?
