browser can't be loaded error

I have html, that calls servlet that from within calls an applet.
www.webappcabaret.com/snydb/user.html calls www.webappcabaret.com/snydb/servlet/ChatDispatch?name=bbb
that calls www.webappcabaret.com/snydb/servlet/HttpChatApplet
I get an error that www.webappcabaret.com/snydb/servlet/HttpChatApplet can't be loaded.
Here are the files where they are stored:
/snydb/user.html
/snydb/WEB-INF/classes/HttpChatApplet
/snydb/WEB-INF/classes/ChatDispatch
I also am including the snippets from user and ChatDispatch that create the URLs and the entire applet.

I don't think the HttpChatApplet class should be in the WEB-INF directory. That directory is just for servlet classes or normal classes that are included in your servlets/JSPs. Try putting the applet in the directory with your html file.
