Rules & Round Up & JQ+ rating in SCJP

If a person is scoring around 85 to 90% in the above round up, and 60-65% in JQ+. So how much does this value in the SCJP2 real exam.
Could the folks here who have experienced suggest me the above. I need some useful suggestions.

Check out the JQ+ scores comparison page. It compares variious mock exam scores with what people received on the real test.
