The number 1-800 422-8020 is for both US and Canada. If you call them at this number and tell them that you are in Canada, I think they will charge your credit card accordingly.

Thanks to all for the replies. I haven't call Sun yet but if what is said is correct then they should change the wording in their web site as follows: Purchase an exam voucher from your local Sun Educational Services office. In the United States and Canada, you can purchase an exam voucher by calling (800) 422-8020. If you reside outside of the United states and Canada, please contact your local Sun Educational Services office. Additionally, they should remove Canada from http://suned.sun.com/HQ/global_contacts/ since people from Canada would call the toll free number rather than contacting the local Sun Educational Services office. Likewise, they should perhaps remove this page http://suned.sun.com/CA/ which comes from the above global contacts page. It would seem to have the same content as the US page, which can confuse as it was in this case. At least the igloo is anthrax free.
