I think you can bring pencil and scratch paper there, then you can utilize them for some kinds of questions, such as AWT, gc and other stuffs if you like.

The center where I took the test did not allow MY OWN paper and pencil, they gave me THEIR set of paper and pencil. But you do get it if you want

The testing center will provide you with a pencil and some paper.
|
The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen all at once.
