Need Java Certification Info

I am fairly new to the Java language. I have been learning and coding Java for about 5 months and I really like the language. I am a computer science student and have experience with C,C++, and HTML.
My questions are:
Is Jave Certification useful? Is it worth the studying?
If I take and pass certification how easy is it for me to get a job programming in java with no Java experience?
How easy is it for me to get a job without the certification and no experience?
Basically would being Java Certified alone greatly help me get a job or is experienced also looked at?

Getting the certification is great and I have little doubt that it would increase your understanding of the Java language. Unfortunately, I doubt that getting certified would be enough to land you a job. There is a lot more to being a good programmer than knowing the intricate syntax of a language. You need plenty of experience.
Of course, if you're studying computer science, you should be getting plenty of experience outside of just pursuing the certification.
However, I just want to point out that, even though being certified looks good on a resum´, it often isn't enough to get you a job, especially in today's market. Don't overlook the importance of experience.
Best of luck,
