If u find threads difficult then dont see ? first it will put u off if u cant answer many.
Go through threads discussion and then try ?. Discussion on javaranch on threads are very good. They are the ones that helped me.

Infact i was very poor with threads i even printed most of these discussions and went thro them everyday for a week and it helped me a lot.
