Question about 1.2 vs 1.4 exams

Can anybody tell me (or point me to a resource) if there are a lot of *actual* changes in the contents (rather than on the objectives) between 1.2 and 1.4 exams?
Reading the new objectives you can find out that I/O and AWT are no longer required for the new version, and that now you have to deal with wrapper classes and assertions...
But do the other topics remain the same in content?
Are there lots of changes in method signatures? Do we have new methods that will be in the 1.4 exam for the String class, for instance? Have a lot of methods been deprecated since 1.2?
Thanks in advance,
Diego

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
