Does one have to memorize whether any exception is checked or not? My poor brain is getting so full.
Do I need to memorize whether all the exceptions are checked or not?
Thank you.

You need to remember atleast the most common exceptions and be able to distinguish the checked from the unchecked exceptions.
some of the common exceptions to remember
ArithmeticException
ClassCastException
IllegalArgumentException
IndexOutOfBoundsException
NullPointerException
ClassNotFoundException
InterruptedException
IllegalAccessException
