I was trying to look for an Exam center from www.2test.com after registering myself. When I was searching at the end it is asking me to enter language and default was japanese and not taking any thing else. Did anyone see the same problem.

This happened to me when I tried to sign up for the SCJP 1.1 test instead of the proper 1.2 test.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
