hi! where can i look for more information about stringbuffer? and is stringbuffer covered in the 1.4 exam too?

Here is a link to Sun's Java Tutorial
The subject certainly comes up in the mock exams.
Remember you cannot change a String but you can change the contents of a StringBuffer.
Also boolean StringBuffer.equals(Object) inherits Object's version, it does not compare the contents of two StringBuffers.
