On the book SCJPJava 2 by Bill Brogden on page 82 is question or Project # 3.5 Can someone give the answer to it: WHy the declaration of the method is not good: public boolean doThissEvent(AWTEvent evt) Thanks
You know, you could actually write me with a question like that - thats why my address is in the book. Project 3.5 is designed to teach you about looking up object hierarchy in the JavaDocs. It does not say that the declaration is "not good", it wants you to look up "all the different object types that could be passed to this method." Every Java programmer should have the complete JavaDocs for the J2SE set up on the computer for quick reference, and should be familiar with looking up object hierarchies. Bill
