Hi All,
Is there any site that offers a daily (or hourly ) dose of questions/articles on java certification by email. I enrolled at a site called jdiscuss.com but their site rarely works.

Thanks
Bishal

You can ask your questions here at Javaranch (which properly operates round the clock by the way ) and people will answer them quite quickly. The average response time for any question is less than a day.

Hi Val,
Seems like my question was not clear enough.. i have been participating in javaranch for past 2-3 days and i already like it here.. and i agree the response time is good..
However what i am looking for is a site that will send me a question by email everyday.. like the "word of the day" emails... any idea where i can get that?

Thanks
Bishal

You can always write a bot to get the specific questions and answers from the site. You need to ask the site administrators, if you are allowed to do so.
"Programming Spiders, Bots, and Aggregators in Java by Jeff Heaton" is a good book on this topic.

Hi Sumanta,
The names spiders, bots sound cool..and browsing the internet it seems like they are fun to code.. sadly me being a application developer my mind over the past years has become uni-directional to think of only ready-made solutions.. but this sounds like a very good hobby to pursue... Will sure take it up and help other guys like me..
Thanks for showing the path..
Regards
Bishal
