I have got Year 2000 publication of Khalid's book. I'm starting to study for 1.4, please advise me if there is any new publication from KM for 1.4. Also,do the topics covered in this book except AWT and Swing have enough material or do I have to refer more books.
Thanks.

There is not an updated version of this book, however it remains one of the best reference for the SCJP exam. I think most people would agree that the Mughal book plus a few online resources is good preparation for the SCJP 1.4 exam.

Are they going for Java 1.5?
