Get a good book. -- It'll walk you through all the topics -- point out what are the tough parts -- tell you what you don't need to worry about -- and quiz you with mock questions -- all that good stuff.
Check out my review of Sun Certified Programmer & Developer for Java 2 Study Guide (Exam 310-035 & 310-027) by Sierra and Bates -- its an excellent book.
