I actually bought JQPlus a few days ago, not knowing that the 1.4 version is not available yet. So I emailed their customer service to request a refund, and these are the replies from them (in summary, the customer service staff was very rude):

I am disappointed with the product. It doesn't cover the materials required for 1.4 cert. exam.
I don't think this app. will help me much, I would like a refund.
Thanks.

We have VERY CLEARLY written on our website that JQPlus is not for JDK1.4 exam. It is not like we have hidden it somewhere. It is right on the main page on the top. See it please:

EDIT TICKET RE-OPENED BY USER
Thanks for making it so clear (with Uppercase) in your email that the information is on the main page. On
http://www.enthuware.com/jqplus/why_our_products_are_guaranteed.html, you also CLEARLY stated "Simply put, if our tools don't help you, we don't want your money".
I don't think JQPlus is going to help me, and I would like my money back. If the refund has already been made, please send me a confirmation.
Thanks
Your money will be refunded. In future, at least pay attention before buying. It wastes your as well as the seller's time and energy.

Also, I hope you understand that once sold, software cannot be taken back unlike other commodities.
