Howdy! Here's all the information I have, from the publisher:
McGraw-Hill has an office in Delhi responsible for distributing the original English editions in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, for those customers who can afford to pay for the higher quality originals.
We also license English-language reprint rights for distribution exclusively in those countries. The books are sold for a much lower price. In this case, a publisher called Dreamtech India (a division of Wiley) will reprint the book. They are quick to market with their reprinted editions, so I expect this book should be out soon if it's not already.
I'm not sure what that exactly means, but it sounds encouragine. Other than that, I do know that the book is now available at Amazon again.
