Master Exam from Java 2 guide

I just took the Master Exam that comes on the Cd that comes with the book "Java 2 study guide" by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates.
I got a score of:
81 percent correct
Your score 812
Passing score 797
I am confused because it looks like I just barely passed even though I got 81% correct and you need to get 52% to pass. The master exam is suppose to be close to the real exam.

THe final exam has 52% as the pass mark but the master exam has 80%
