I'm not sure if this is what you mean but anyway.
IBM participates in the jCert Initiative. with a number of other companies using Java. The Sun programmer certification appears to be the one all the others recogize.

When I went to IBM website and registered I have the following options. But I have no idea which one is related to Java...

 All tests
 AD tests
 DB2 tests
 WebSphere tests
 XML tests
 Informix tests
 Linux tests
Here is what Maha Anna's web site says about IBM mock. But I am unable to see any test ...

Questions seem to be good. But few of the questions got wrong answers and they are discussed in javaranch.com. You can use the 'search' facility in the Programmer Certification Forum with the keyword 'IBM' to get all IBM related discussion threads. You have to register first to get the mock Exam paper.
