Just wondering whether daemon threads, interruptedException,isInterrupted() are all important to know for 1.4 exam?
Thanks

The objectives for threads in the exam objectives read as follows:

- Write code to define, instantiate and start new threads using both java.lang.Thread and java.lang.Runnable.
- Recognize conditions that might prevent a thread from executing.
- Write code using synchronized wait, notify and notifyAll to protect against concurrent access problems and to communicate between threads.
- Define the interaction among threads and object locks when executing synchronized wait, notify or notifyAll.

Those topics aren't listed directly in the exam objectives, so I wouldn't spend a great deal of time on them, but I wouldn't ignore them entirely, either. Try to get a feel for them (at least a little) so that, in case a question pops up on the exam, you'll at least be able to make an educated guess, if you don't know straight away.
I hope that helps,
Corey
