Missing post IMAGE button

I noticed that sometimes my IMAGE button doesn't appear.

Is it a bug?

Sounds like your browser has an issue with caching images or not displaying them properly. Whenever images do not show up on my screen it is because I am on a slow connection. or my DNS is acting up.

Try clearing your cache.
