Could someone please point me to a place that lists the order of precedence for all operators including bitwise and short circuit operators etc.

For the purposes of the exam, you do not need to memorize the entire precedence chart. I'm sure that's why it is not listed in the exam study guide that you are using.

Look at the Bruce Eckel Thinking in Java. chapter 3, he has a mnemonic
Ulcer Addicts Really Like C A Lot

Ulcer -> Unary
Addicts -> Arithmetic (and shift)
Really -> Relational
Like -> Logical (and bitwise)
C -> Conditional (ternary)
A Lot ->Assignment
