You can get a refund for the voucher. If I recall correctly, the agreement says that if you go to the testing center and answer "no" to the agreement, they will send you a refund.

Actually I think when you BUY the voucher they tell you that if you do NOT agree to the statement at the time of the test you will forfeit your right to take the exam and will not be refunded the money (that's what I think I remember the lady saying). Best thing to do is call Sun Ed to find out the real answer.

yes, i think to wait until exam time is risky, you are not sure until the very last moment, so what are you going to do prior to the exam, prepare or not to prepare?

I have done this before.I bought the voucher and after two weeks I decided to withdraw. I rang Sun and told them that I would like to cancel the voucher.No questions were asked and I got the money back.
