Threads and collections questions

I am planning to take the certification in about 10 days. As suggested by you I want to concentrate on threads and collections, so can anyone tell where can I find practice questions on these topics?

My two cents -
I'd put inner classes and garbage collection ahead of collections. Both in terms of difficulty and number of questions you're apt to get. Usually, the collections questions are high level theory questions, relatively easy for this exam.
