If i am making the exam for SCPJ: i have a question with two answer correct and i respond only one, so, Is that question half-correct (i win 1/2 point)or complety wrong?

No partial credit is awarded - every question is either wrong or right.

It isn't possible to only select one if two are required. You must choose two to finish the test. As Bill said there is no partial credit. You must get both correct in order to get credit for the question.
