Using Eclipse the above code does not run. It gives the following runtime message

Any hints why this is the case?
NB: It works if I create a new class and do the following

I used the following code:

I have a sneaking suspicion that when you ran the code you tried to execute Modifiers and not newMod -- that's how I get the "no main found" error:
