Here Indian print is not available.
US edition costs nearly 40% my salary.

Two things ->
1st thing:
Having someone send you an e-book is illegal and is wrong. Khalid and Mughal spent a lot of time and effort creating their book, and they deserve to be paid for their efforts. Having someone send you an e-book that you didn't pay for cheats them out of their well-earned profits. Plus -- it violates the copyright.
2nd thing:

Dan's offering an exquisite collection of questions based on the chapters of Khalid's book. It's completely free and also contains well worded explanations. I didn't have Khalid's book, but I did take advantage of Dan's exams. Take them as a study material, not as real exams.
