loops in loops

Hello there,
My problem is this loops in loops questions with break, catch etc...
Can some one point to some good method to solve there kind of questions
if possible some good collection of it

Loop-in-a-Loop problems are not that difficult, you simply need to trace them carefully. If you need to understand them you should always start by simple loops, then move on into complex-nested ones. I suggest you do Dan's loop question they are quite tricky, you can do also try Marcus loops as well.
Note: A pen and a paper will always become handy when dealing with loops.
