Hi All,
I want to take up the SCJP and I need certain clarifications
I have read K & B and found it very interesting.I took the exam on Dans sitefor the first chapter and it has lots of questions regding unicode characters, binary to octal, hexadecimal conversion and vice versa.
Is it really worth to concentrate much on these coneversions/

Hi Mary,
I wouldn't bother with that. I you read, study and remember what's explained in K & B's great book on SCJP, you should get a high score. Just think of the fact that K & B were part of the team building the *real* SCJP SUN's exam . It means that they *really* know what we must know for the exam!
Anyway, the Sun Certified Programmer & Developer for Java 2 Study Guide from Kathy & Bert was the only stuff I studied before I passed the SCJP cert in May 2003 (I didn't know JR yet ), and I got a 95% score.
Regards,
Phil.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
