Dear all,
The Collection interface has optional operations like add()
and retainAll(). If an unsupported operation is invoked a
collection throws the UnsupportedOperationException.
Does this mean that all the classes implementing directly or
indirectly the Collection interface might have a method that
just throws an UnsupportedOperationException?

Hi Gian,
I do agree with u. I think tht there r some methods in the classes implementing Collection interface which may throw an UnSupportedOperationException if the operation is not supported by tht particular class.
