I'm sorry to post this on this forum, but can someone from JQPlus respond to my enquiry.Why is my confirmation taking long?I need to activate JQPlus asap because my days are numbered.Please.

Hi Jeff,
We have not even received your order. When you made the purchase, RegSoft should have sent you an email with a URL to check the status of your order. I searched for your order by your emailid and I saw that your credit card has been declined.
Unfortunately, we do not get any clue about any purchase until the credit card is successfully charged by RegSoft.
I have sent an email to RegSoft asking for the reason and hopefully they will process the order soon. Since I can see that you are a regular at the ranch, I will send you the s/w anyway right now

1.I "think" I got the reason for the credit card problem. You have given your country code as ZA. Shouldn't it be SA for South Africa? (I still haven't got a conf. from RegSoft).
2. I have sent you an email with the information you need to start using the s/w.

Thanks Paul.South Africa is indeed ZA .I could be the City part.Its strange though because it's the same card I used to by my first copy of JQPlus(running on my work machine).Infact , you guys gave me a second licence(for the home machine) back then when I made my first purchase , but that licence became useless after my motherboard got burnt.
