Has anyone purchased the 3-month "CertKey" for the repository of 420 mock exam questions? I tried the demo out and I really like being able to take the exam and have it grade me rather than having to look up the answers myself.
Heh - I was trying to find the site again before asking a stupid question about the format of these mock exams, but couln't find the place to log in. What's the URL to the demo with 67 questions?
Anyway - is it worth the $10? Are these the same questions that are on his mock exams #1, #2 & #3? $10 seems like a pretty reasonable price for the luxury of not having to grade your own mock exams.

I tried hunting for the 420 questions URL and gave up (too soon?)...

Here's the link: http://www.jchq.net/phezam/login.php
Has anyone tried it? I'm tempted.

V. Bose, you have pointed out what an appalling business person I am. At first my excuse for the link being so obscure is that I wanted the system to bed in before I made it too obvious. It has been running for about a year now so I ought to blow my own trumpet.
For you Mr Cox I offer a once in a life time never to be repeated offer, buy a subscription and if you are not entirely satisfied after 1 month I will give you your money back with only a few questions asked and one additional requirement.
That very special other requirement is, post here and tell em what you think (good or bad)...
To answer you other question, my static page exams 1,2 & 3 were aimed at the older version of the exam. The database only contains questions on topics that appear on the JDK 1.4 version of the exam.
Note that the database shows the quesitions in random order, it doesn't have any way of d/loading all questions. However registered users can pick the topics on an exam, so you could (for instance) decide you wanted to test yourself on threading and get it to deliver a 10 question exam purely on threading.
By default it delivers exams picked at random on the database covering a random mix of topics (in an attempt to mimic the real exam).
Marcus
ps The link that actually gives you the opportunity to part with your money can be found here
http://www.jchq.net/homepage/certkeyflier.php
(but even then you have to read carefully to figure that out as it is mostly about the pdf file).

Great - the fact that they're more geared towards the 1.4 exam sounds like it'll be well worth the money. I think I'll take you up on that offer - I'll probably register today and give it a go.
