I once wrote to see if anyone heard of WhizLab. Someone recommended them. I took a class from the for the SCJP and bought some software. Being a human, I procrastinated doing the mock exams and of course my laptop got hit by a virus. I had to reinstall the operating system and reinstall everything. I wrote to WhizLab for a new key and am now having problems.

Does anyone know who I can email to request a new key -- someone who would understand what it means to have the computer be hit by a virus and having to reinstall and not be accussed of wanting to reinstall on another computer?
