I think there is problem if u r in India. When i tried to register for the sun exam i was told by the prometric centre that draft has to be made and send to Sun and then the voucher will be snail mailed from there, unlike other certifications where u can get registered online. There is no such problem if u are in say US. You can either buy the voucher yourself or ask any prometric center to do so. For a list of prometric centers in ur region go to www.2test.com

Try a different prometric center. They normally buy vouchers in advance and keep it with them. So you should be able to get vouchers from other prometric. In bangalore you can get the vouchers from the prometric itself.
