Need help with Whizlabs simulator

Hi All,
Excuse me if I'am posting this information at wrong place.But this question is for people who have taken the Whizlabs simulator of 59.67$.
I just wanted to know that after buying this simulator should we wait for the CD to be sent,or we can directly sit and access the questions online.
I want to buy this simulator but I don't want to wait for 3 to 7 days for the CD. Please clear my doubt.
How about the package of 29.99$ final preparation package by javacertificate.com ,they also send the CD and ask us to wait for the CD.
