Hi friends,

this is my first mail to this forum. I am a fresh engineer in IT, and willing to go for SCJP. I know C and C++, but don't know much about Java. However, i have started hard on learning it and finding it quite interesting.

As I am presently hunting for a job, so my query is: Is getting SCJP certification going to help me in getting a job? I am from Kolkata and willing to know if there is any test centre for SCJP in Kolkata?
