Can anyone tell me, who can give SCJP 5.0 Beta? Is it necessery to have previous version scjp exam? Is this Beta exam free?

To answer your questions (though note, I don't work for Sun, so this is just my thoughts given past trends.)
Anyone can take the beta test if they request a voucher for it in time. They'll announce here and at their site when you can apply for them. In the past they've had the same requirements for the betas as for the real tests. Since the SCJP exam has no prerequisite, it's not likely to be necessary to have a prior version to take the new one. ( Sun's betas have been free in the past, so I believe this one will be too, when they announce it.

Sun's betas have been free in the past, so I believe this one will be too, when they announce it.
Sun is no longer provides beta registration for free.
