Q on Label statements

Hello I have two questions on Label statements they are

1)First one


Output compilation error not a loop label: one continue one;

(2) The second doubt that I have is in this piece of code


Output: - compilation error two not recognized

The answer to both your questions can be answered by following the rules for valid labels. Briefly, what can be labeled?

thanks for taking the time, can you point me JLS where it talks about what can be labelled I was unable to find much there ?
