wrapper classes

hello everybody

Can anybody tell me what are 'wrapper classes ' and there usage in the program.also within the wrapper classes i would like to know what are the methods defined.can anybody describe within the program the implementation of the defined wrapper methods.

int is a datatype & for this wrapper class is Integer .

int i = 7 ; // integer datatype
Integer i1 = new Integer(7); // integer object

Which book are you studying for the exam ? K&B book has really nice information on wrapper classes.

I hope you are not the West Indies cricket bowler. just kidding
